I have had Heavenly Maids as my regular cleaning service for over 10 years.
The service teams are on time and courteous. They are efficient and do a very good job. After they are done I usually spot check the work, including look for dusts above doorframes, etc., and they are always well cleaned.
Reps in the office are responsive and friendly. Over the course of 10+ years I’ve had to made many adjustments to my services, and the office always finds ways to accommodate my needs.
In the 10+ years I’ve had over 130 services from them, and there were only a handful of times when things weren’t perfect. The office responded to my feedback and mitigated the issues promptly.
I have been very happy with their services and would recommend them.

We have been clients of Heavenly Maids for nearly two years and feel that both the housecleaning services and client support provided are tremendous. Prior to finding Heavenly Maids we had attempted to use other services – never before were we able to come home to such an immaculate house. Infact we were at a point with these other providers where my husband did not feel that the cost truly justified the service we were receiving, and wanted to cancel professional house cleaning all together. Thank goodness we found Heavenly Maids when we did! Both my husband and I work long hours and the thought of spending a coveted weekend day cleaning house when we could be relaxing did not appeal to me. In addition to ensuring that our kitchen and bathrooms sparkle, we have found that our home feels like a plush hotel room in that the pillows on the couch are always re-fluffed and our bath-towels refolded (something my husband and I both love!). For the time I have engaged Heavenly Maids Cleaning Service, they have done a very good, efficient job of cleaning. I especially like the initiative the crew leader has taken to clean a long-neglected feature in my kitchen. I am always amazed at how thorough they are in so short a time! I also appreciate their concern for my property. I have never before had cleaners who offered to wear and do wear shoe covers to keep the carpets and floors clean.
